    Is there a time limit on returns?

    All returns can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    Do you charge a restocking fee on returns?

    We don't charge a restocking fee, but we do deduct the cost of shipping. For example if we charged your credit card for $149.95 + $18 for shipping and received unit back, we would return $149.95 back on your credit card.

    Do you refund the shipping fee charged for the order?

    No, we do not refund any shipping charges associated with the order.

    Do you refund handling fee charged for the order?

    We do not charge handling fees for the jetBook lite.

    Where should I return or exchange my jetBook?

    You will need to send it to Ectaco's US office, not their office in Canada. Don't send your return to us. Before returning it please call Customer Support at 718-728-3605 to get an RMA number and mailing address.
