The easiest way to make your own ebooks is with our eBook Studio software. With eBook Studio you will be able to easily design the navigation of your document, format it, and convert the finished document for reading on a handheld.

If you are willing to learn how to use Palm Markup Language, the free DropBook application is another option. Here you will find links, downloads, information and everything else you need to make books for the eReader using DropBook.

Palm DropBook is a simple application for Windows and Macintosh which allows you to convert a text file formatted using the Palm Markup Language into a Palm OS .pdb file which can be read with the eReader application.

For desktop computers which do not run the Windows or Macintosh operating systems, the Java version of MakeBook is still available, but is no longer being updated. An appropriate Java Virtual Machine (JVM) is required to use MakeBook. The Download page contains links to various JVMs.
