Jasper, a semi-retired senior citizen, is the night-shift desk clerk at a sleazy "no-tell" hotel. In debt to local mobster Nick Picante due to his gambling problem, Jasper is forced to participate in one last job with Picante's enforcer, Trask, in order to wipe the slate clean.
