Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana and educated at Purdue University, he has traveled extensively and has lived in several foreign countries, including Japan, England, and Texas. He currently resides in Bucerias, Mexico with his beloved wife Annie, a Chihuahua, and a burro named Margarita.
