Bio: BENJAMIN HERTZLER is a neophyte novelist. Born on the east coast but raised in the west, he was driven to write a political book when he realized that the least-represented voting demographic in the country was that of the nonbelievers. When he's not writing tedious, mind-numbing stories about social issues, he actually hates politics and wonders why people invest as much passion into them as they do. But that's just his opinion.
