Bio: John Crowley began his career as a freelance writer in 1966. Since then, his highly literary work has garnered the World Fantasy Award and been hailed by top literary critics, notably Harold Bloom, who helped him get his appointment at Yale University, where he now teaches writing. John lives in Conway, Massachusetts, with his wife and their twin daughters.
