Bio: Born in San Diego California in 1966, but raised in Scotland from 1968. James Pittaro is a computer specialist with a BSc in Computer Networking from Paisley University, who has been playing various role-playing games since 1983. From Dungeons and Dragons to GURPS; from this he ended up creating a number of detailed fantasy worlds exploring possible futures. James has a loving partner Julie, and two children Graham and Laura Pittaro, who also live in Scotland, and for whom he began to write these books. James also writes science fiction/fantasy and poetry; loves to ride his motorbike and fly stunt kites down the beach when it's windy outside.
