Bio: Victor Kuligin is professor and Academic Dean at Namibia Evangelical Theological Seminary, as well as an international lecturer, author, and assistant pastor. He is currently working on his doctorate in theology. He and his wife, Rachel, have served with Africa Inland Mission for the past twelve years in Namibia, southwestern Africa, and have five children.
