Bio: Ann Dennis is a published author of both fiction and non-fiction. She lives in upstate New York with her husband of 22 years and her two children and their bigger-than-he was-supposed-to-be Golden Retriever named Cool Hand Luke (Luke for short). She is a graduate of Onondaga Community College and has attended Syracuse University. In her adult life, she has worked in many different fields and capacities. She has been an athletic coach, co-director of intramurals, real estate salesperson, secretary, teacher?s assistant and even a ?lunch lady.? She now works full-time at Onondaga Community College and received their Trustee?s Award while participating on the Strategic Planning Committee for the College. She is presently a member of the Campus Safety Advisory Committee.
Ann Dennis was instrumental in starting the Speakers Outreach series for the Lupus Foundation in Syracuse, New York. She also had her fifteen minutes of fame when they highlighted one of her speaking engagements on WSYR Channel 9 News, a local news station in Syracuse, NY. She is currently working on a number of short story projects as well as working on her non-fiction history book based on a compilation of first person stories. She has also completed writing two family genealogy books, which took 10 years to compile and write.
