Bio: Robin Marchesi was born in London, U.K. in March 1951. He traveled widely as a child and young adult. He was educated at London and Oxford Universities. As revealed in this true story, he became a heroin addict and experienced much of the disturbing and seamy side of life in Europe, Africa, and the United States, but managed to become clean. He later was able to help others gripped in the maw of drug use. His first book, A.B.C. Quest, was published by Cosmic Books in 1990. In 1996, March Hare Press published his book of poetry, Kyoto Gardens. He is currently working on a book about Irish poetry.
