Bio: Jeannine Van Eperen's background is eclectic. She was the Director of Publicity at the University of Albuquerque, an office manager for Mutual of New York, worked for the Albuquerque National Bank and the Bank of New Mexico, and managed La Quinta Inns. Her earliest ambition was to be a ballerina and she studied with Comikoff in Chicago. She modeled and appeared in little theatre in Chicago and Albuquerque, but all the while she worked at other jobs, she wrote. Jeannine is a private pilot, and enjoys downhill snow skiing, travel, needlework, and of course reading. She and her husband, Lou, have visited all fifty states, Australia, New Zealand, and about eighteen European countries. They have just returned from the Norwegian Fiords and Finland. She has a son, Daniel McGrew, a stepson Ray, and grandchildren. Though she has lived in many places, she calls New Mexico home.
