Author: Frances Evlin

Bio: As a teenager, Frances Evlin became a great fan of Daphne du Maurier, and enjoyed her non-fiction books as much as her fiction novels. Ms Evlin never dreamed then that she would one day visit du Maurier?s beloved Cornwall, or walk the very moors about which she wrote. Along with Ms Evlin?s enthusiasm for things English?especially medieval English?she developed a curiosity about paranormal events and read extensively in the non-fiction field. Her current novel combines her interest in these. Although she lives and writes in the Pacific Northwest, an aerial photograph of Cornwall, with its lovely hedged fields and pastures, is right there at her side, keeping her focused on where her roots lie.
